Shipping & Post-Checkout
Tracking page is now even more awesome
We’ve upgraded our Montonio shipping tracking page to provide an even more personalised experience for consumers.
- If the merchant uses our updated Woo plugin, the customer will see the items they have ordered directly on the tracking page (product name and quantity ordered). This makes parcel tracking more personalised for the customer and exceeds expectations of tracking experience.
- If parcel machine method is used, customers will see a map that shows them where the pickup location is. This helps to easily locate and navigate to the parcel. The map also includes a link, which opens the destination in the customer’s preferred map application (Google Maps, Apple maps, etc). They can easily get directions to the pickup location straight from their phone.
Latvijas Pasts (Latvian Post)
Montonio has partnered with Latvian Post, offering better coverage for parcel machine and courier needs.
- Activation is simple—one click in the Partner System with no paperwork.

Archiving Feature Returns
Merchants can now archive shipments in the Partner System, helping keep shipment tables clean and manageable.
- Select shipments to archive, and a button will appear.
- Use filters to view archived shipments anytime.

DPD Courier Pickups Now in Latvia and Lithuania
Merchants in Latvia and Lithuania can now schedule DPD courier pickups directly from the Partner System.

Merchant Experience
SMS authentication
We have added a new option for securing your account. You can use SMS as an additional two-factor authentication method to protect your account. It’s free to use and can be set up as a convenient alternative to App authentication (Google Authenticator, etc.).
When logging in, the user will receive an SMS with a verification code that they need to enter in our Partner System login form. Simple as that.
